Online Personal Training Session

Service Description

Online personal training session designed with accordance to your goals and available fitness equipment, furniture or other items you have at home and you can use during your session. If this is your first online PT session please send me pictures or list with the equipment you can use at home. By Signing up to this online Personal Training, you affirm that either; (A) all of the following statements are true: (I) no doctor or physician has ever informed you that you have a heart condition or that you should only do physical activities recommended by a physician; (II) you have never felt chest pain, dizziness or loss of consciousness when engaging in physical activity; (III) you have not experienced chest pain, dizziness or loss of consciousness when not engaged in physical activity at any time within the past month; (IV) you do not have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity; (V) your doctor or physician is not currently prescribing drugs for your blood pressure or any heart condition; (VI) you do not have a history of high blood pressure, and no one in your immediate family has a history of high blood pressure or heart problems; and (VIII) you do not know of any other reason you should not exercise not listed within these general terms for online Personal Training Session; or (B) your physician has specifically approved of your use of Coach Kalin. Additionally, if you are a woman with the intention of using the Coach Kalin or any content provided on the Coach Kalin web platform, you affirm that either: (A) you are not pregnant, breastfeeding, lactating or suffering from any other postnatal injury or the like; or (B) your doctor or physician has specifically approved you to have Online Personal Training session with Coach Kalin.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made withing less than 12 hours from the start of the session will be charged at nominal cost.
