Core Strengthening

The core muscles provide stability to all movements, these are all the muscles that attach to the spine. When they are strong they provide stability to the entire torso. To make sure you are getting the right muscles engagement for your goals I will design a program with weight bearing (resistance) exercises that target the chest, upper and lower back, shoulders, all the muscles of the abdominal area and hip area.
