Personal Training Session - Winchester

Service Description

Indoor PT session in the premises of Winchester Sport & Leisure Park carried out in accordance to strict hygiene guidelines: - Social distance at any time during the workout. - All equipment will be carefully sanitised by me before, during and after the workout. - During the workout I will be wearing gloves and face mask. - Face mask, hand sanitiser and gloves can be provided when requested. - During the workout the equipment will be used only by you. There will be no external people in the room. - Please bring your own sweat towel and bottle of water to use during the workout. - Workout will be designed to your individual goals, fitness level and preferences. In becoming a member with the intent of using this Service - Personal Training session in Winchester Sport & Lei, you affirm that either; (A) all of the following statements are true: (I) no doctor or physician has ever informed you that you have a heart condition or that you should only do physical activities recommended by a physician; (II) you have never felt chest pain, dizziness or loss of consciousness when engaging in physical activity; (III) you have not experienced chest pain, dizziness or loss of consciousness when not engaged in physical activity at any time within the past month; (IV) you do not have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity; (V) your doctor or physician is not currently prescribing drugs for your blood pressure or any heart condition; (VI) you do not have a history of high blood pressure, and no one in your immediate family has a history of high blood pressure or heart problems; and (VIII) you do not know of any other reason you should not exercise not listed within these general terms and conditions; (IX) you have valid membership to TheGym Fulham and maintaining such is your responsibility; or (B) your physician has specifically approved of your use of Coach Kalin. Additionally, if you are a woman with the intention of using the Coach Kalin or any content provided on the Coach Kalin web platform, you affirm that either: (A) you are not pregnant, breastfeeding, lactating or suffering from any other postnatal injury or the like; or (B) your doctor or physician has specifically approved your use of Coach Kalin. Coach Kalin reserves the right to refuse or cancel your indoors personal training session if we determine that you have certain medical conditions including COVID - 19 symptoms.
