Under 18 workout
A class for fitness fans between 16 and 18 years of age. You will master some of the basic body movements and gain strength with cool beats in the background.
Full body warm up with heart rate raising and mobility exercises. Main part will contain circuits of 3 to 5 exercises with duration between 30 and 60 seconds with rests of 15-30 seconds between each exercise. The workout will end with cool down part consisting breathing exercises and mobility movements.
- Prepare plenty of water to last you trough out the workout.
- If you can, bring a yoga mat or a beach towel to perform some of the core exercises.
- Anti bacterial tissues and Have fun!
