Weekend workouts in the park

A class which will mobilize all muscles of your body with cool background music.

 

Routine:

Full body warm up with heart rate raising and mobility exercises. Main part will contain circuits of 3 to 5 exercises with duration between 20 and 60 seconds with rests of 15-30 seconds between each exercise.

The workout will end with cool down part consisting breathing exercises and mobility movements.

 

Notes:

- Prepare plenty of water to last you trough out the workout.

- If you can, bring a yoga mat or a beach towel to perform some of the core exercises.

- Anti bacterial tissues and Have fun!
